Some of our products are handmade by artisanal specialists and may exceed the designated delivery times. Cinnamonworldwide has a non-exchange policy except when your goods are damaged. We will not accept a return request for any goods with packaging that has been opened or used.
Should a product be damaged in the case of bottles or containers at the time of delivery, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with Subject : Return/Your order number. Our customer service team will evaluate the cause of damage and provide below arrangement
- We will request for a photo of the damaged products from you for our confirmation and reference.
- We will replace the product as soon as possible if we have the same product in stock to use as replacement;
- Or we can replace same purchase price of stock product as a replacement if that is your preference;
- Or Arrange refund if customer doesn’t accept 2 or 3 above.
Our customer service usually responds to your emails within 48 hours after received your enquiry.
